Madrid Airport has several public parking areas located in the buildings of terminals T1, T2 - T3 and T4. These are car parks P1, P2 and P4, Parking Express, Long-Stay Parking and VIP Parking. In addition, parking for motorcycles and mopeds is permitted in these areas. Motorcycles can also be parked in these spaces, although these spots are not monitored they are available free of charge.
The new low-cost parking buildings at the airport add more than two hundred spaces to the existing ones in the airport's public buildings.

For short stays you can use the Express car park located in T1, T2 and T4 (in T4 this car park is now called Preferred Parking). Spaces are limited and prices are higher. For long stays, it is recommend the Long Stay car park.
There are also VIP parking areas and areas designated for motorcycle parking, which are indicated within the perimeter of the parking lot. Motorcycles areas do not dispose of any security service and are free of charge.
The facility has 17,000 parking spaces distributed throughout the airport grounds. There is also a wide range of parking outside the airport with more affordable prices and a free shuttle service for customers.

The public car park is located opposite Terminal T1, about two minutes' walk from T1. More than four thousand four hundred parking lots of this public car park are distributed over several buildings, which are again divided into floors and modules. This car park has more than 6,400 spaces spread across several buildings which are in turn divided into floors and modules. Modules A, B, E and F are connected by a central corridor to the airport's T4 terminal; it takes approximately one minute to walk to the terminal. It has spaces for wheelchair access (PRM or people with reduced mobility).

For long-term parking, the long-stay car park at Terminal 4 has over nine hundred parking spaces and it is outside the airport.
